River Lodge Spa & Ski Apartments are from 29 to 82 m2 and vary from studios to four-bedrooms.
Off Plan payment schedule:
- Reservation Fee 1000euro (will be deducted from total amount)
- 30% when signing the Preliminary Contract
- 30% after the development is completed
- 30% after the issuing of Permission to Use
- 10% when signing the Title Deed 2008
