Off Plan payment schedule:
  • Reservation Fee 1000euro (will be deducted from total amount)
  • 30% when signing the Preliminary Contract
  • 30% after the development is completed
  • 30% after the issuing of Permission to Use
  • 10% when signing the Title Deed 2008
