FURNISHING
We will offer various types of furniture packs as well as individual solutions for River Lodge Spa & Ski complex. The furniture packs for rental apartments will include everything necessary for both occupation and rental, including:
- Beds, cupboards, dressing tables, bedside lighting.
- White goods including: microwave, kettle, toaster.
- Pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, kitchen implements.
- Dining table and chairs.
- Sofa or easy chairs (that convert to a sofa bed).
- Linen, towels, bedding etc.
- TVs , a Hi-Fi system with CD and MP3 player.
- Table lights.
- And everything else needed to make the apartment ready to rent.
Furnishing prices range from 2500 to 7000 Euros (inc VAT) depending on the size of the apartment/studio and individual choice of new owners. We will offer several interior design solutions in order to achieve the necessary standard for apartments which are to be rented out via the letting service with River Lodge Spa & Ski Property Management.
